Help Center

Step-by-step guides for every feature of Ufora Marketplace.

Set up your Ufora account to start buying or selling in minutes.

Create an account

  1. 1Click Sign in → Create one at the top-right of any page.
  2. 2Enter your full name, email address and a password (minimum 8 characters).
  3. 3Check the 18+ confirmation and accept the Terms & Privacy Policy.
  4. 4Click Create account — you'll be redirected to verify your email.
  5. 5Open the verification email and click the confirmation link.
  6. 6You're in! You'll be taken back to the page you were visiting.

You can also sign up instantly with Google or X (Twitter).

If you were trying to view a product or checkout when you signed up, you'll be sent right back there after.

Set up your profile

  1. 1Go to your user menu (top-right) → Dashboard → Settings.
  2. 2Upload a profile photo and confirm your full name and phone number.
  3. 3Add a default shipping address so checkout is faster.
  4. 4Set your preferred language and currency using the bar at the very top of the page.
  5. 5Connect your Arbitrum-compatible wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.) to enable SPACEL payments.

The top bar (language / location / currency) is always visible — even on mobile. Tap it to personalise your browsing experience.

Navigating the site

  1. 1The breadcrumb trail below the header shows exactly where you are (e.g. Home > Seller Center > Store Settings).
  2. 2Tap any breadcrumb link to jump back up the hierarchy.
  3. 3Use the top bar to change your browsing location, display currency, or language at any time.
  4. 4The bell icon shows notifications; the message icon shows unread conversations.

Add to cart & checkout

  1. 1On the listing page, select quantity (if available) and click Add to Cart or Buy Now.
  2. 2Open your cart (cart icon in the header) and review items.
  3. 3Click Proceed to Checkout — if you're not signed in, you'll be asked to log in and then brought right back to your cart.
  4. 4Enter or confirm your shipping address.
  5. 5Select a shipping method if offered by the seller.
  6. 6Apply a coupon code in the coupon field if you have one.
  7. 7Review the order total in SPACEL tokens.
  8. 8Click Connect Wallet and choose your wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet, etc.).
  9. 9Approve the transaction in your wallet — funds go to the escrow contract, not directly to the seller.

All prices are in SPACEL on Arbitrum One. Make sure you have enough SPACEL and a small amount of ETH for gas fees.

On mobile, the Connect Wallet button opens a dropdown that stays within the screen — tap it and select your wallet app.

Store Credits (earned via referrals, returns, or admin grants) can be applied as a partial or full discount on SPACEL escrow checkouts only — they don't work with NowPayments or BLAST.

Escrow protection — how your money is kept safe

  1. 1After payment, your funds are locked in a non-custodial smart contract on Arbitrum One.
  2. 2The seller is notified and begins processing your order.
  3. 3Funds are ONLY released to the seller when you confirm receipt, or automatically after 14 days.
  4. 4If something goes wrong, you can open a dispute and our team will review both sides.

You always stay in control — never confirm receipt until you're satisfied with the item.

Track and manage your purchases from the buyer dashboard (Dashboard → My Orders).

Awaiting PaymentOrder placed — waiting for blockchain confirmation.
Paid / HeldPayment confirmed and held in escrow. Seller is preparing your order.
ShippedSeller has shipped. Check the tracking number on the order page.
DeliveredYou've clicked Mark as Received. A 72-hour inspection window opens — dispute or return is still available.
CompletedYou clicked Release Payment to Seller — funds released on-chain.
DisputedA dispute is open. Our team is reviewing.
RefundedPayment has been returned to your wallet.
CancelledOrder was cancelled before payment or by mutual agreement.

Mark as received & inspect (step 1 of 2)

  1. 1When your parcel arrives, open the order from My Orders.
  2. 2Click Mark as Received. This does NOT release payment yet — it just opens a 72-hour inspection window.
  3. 3Open the parcel and check the item against the description.
  4. 4If everything's fine, move on to step 2 below. If something is wrong, open a return or dispute during this window.

Marking received is safe — your money is still held in escrow during the 72-hour window.

The 14-day minimum hold from ship date is always enforced — only you can release payment earlier.

Release payment to seller (step 2 of 2)

  1. 1After inspecting, click Release Payment to Seller on the order page.
  2. 2Approve the blockchain transaction in your wallet.
  3. 3The order moves to Completed and SPACEL is released to the seller's wallet.
  4. 4You can now leave a review.

If you don't release within 72 hours of marking received, funds auto-release to the seller.

Only release when you are happy with the item — you can't open a new dispute afterwards.

Delivery extended? Tracking updated?

  1. 1If the seller updates the courier tracking number, you'll get a notification and the new tracking appears at the top of the order page with the old one shown below as history.
  2. 2If the seller pushes the auto-release date forward (e.g. customs delay), a yellow banner appears with the new release date, the courier, and the reason.
  3. 3You keep full dispute and return rights during any extended window. If the explanation isn't acceptable, open a dispute.

Extensions can only push the date forward — never shorten it. Your 14-day buyer protection from ship date is the absolute minimum.

Request a return

  1. 1Open the order from My Orders.
  2. 2Click Request Return (available for Delivered and Completed orders).
  3. 3Select a reason and describe the issue clearly.
  4. 4Upload supporting photos (up to 4) as evidence.
  5. 5Submit — the seller has a set time to approve or reject the return.

Always check the seller's return policy on their store page before purchasing.

Ship the item back

  1. 1If the seller approves, package the item securely.
  2. 2On the order page click Ship Back, then enter your courier name and tracking number.
  3. 3Once the seller confirms receipt of the return, the refund is processed automatically to your wallet.

Open a dispute

  1. 1Navigate to My Orders → select the order → click Open Dispute.
  2. 2Describe the problem clearly (item not received, not as described, damaged, etc.).
  3. 3Upload evidence: screenshots, photos, message logs — the more the better.
  4. 4Submit — the order status changes to Disputed and our team is notified.
  5. 5Both you and the seller can upload additional evidence from the order page.
  6. 6We aim to resolve disputes within 3 business days.

Disputes can be opened while the order is in Paid/Held, Shipped, or Delivered status.

Clear photos and detailed descriptions speed up resolution significantly.

Rate a seller

  1. 1After an order reaches Completed status, open the order page.
  2. 2Click Leave a Review.
  3. 3Select 1–5 stars (Poor / Fair / Good / Very Good / Excellent).
  4. 4Write an optional comment about your experience.
  5. 5Attach up to 4 photos of the item you received.
  6. 6Click Submit Review.

Reviews are public and help other buyers make informed decisions.

You can view a seller's full reviews on their store page → Reviews tab.

  1. 1Access your inbox by clicking the message icon in the header (looks like a speech bubble), or via the user menu.
  2. 2To contact a seller: open any listing and click Chat, or visit their store page and click Chat.
  3. 3Type your message and press Enter to send (Shift+Enter adds a new line).
  4. 4The badge on the message icon shows how many unread conversations you have — not individual messages.
  5. 5The badge clears automatically when you open the conversation.
  6. 6If you switch tabs or come back to the site, the count refreshes automatically — no need to reload.

New messages light up the badge in real-time — you'll see it update even without refreshing the page.

Saved Listings (Favourites)

  1. 1Click the heart icon (♡) on any listing to save it.
  2. 2View saved listings at Dashboard → Saved Listings.

Language, Currency & Location

  1. 1The top bar (always visible, including on mobile) has three pickers: Language, Location, and Currency.
  2. 2Language changes the interface language (English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Turkish, Malay, Chinese).
  3. 3Location filters search results and listings to a specific country — or set it to Worldwide to see all.
  4. 4Currency sets the display currency for price estimates (prices are always settled in SPACEL).
  5. 5Your preferences are saved and remembered across visits.

Changing your browse location on a search page instantly filters results — no page reload needed.

Coupons

  1. 1Valid coupons appear at Dashboard → My Coupons.
  2. 2Enter your coupon code during checkout in the coupon code field to apply the discount.

Notifications

  1. 1The bell icon in the header shows your notification count.
  2. 2Click it to see order updates, new messages, dispute status changes, and more.
  3. 3Opening the notification panel marks them all as read.

Forgot your password?

  1. 1On the login page, click Forgot password.
  2. 2Enter your email address and click Send reset link.
  3. 3Check your inbox for an email from Ufora and click the Reset password link.
  4. 4Enter and confirm your new password, then click Update.
  5. 5You'll be signed out and taken to the login page — log in with your new password.

The reset link expires after a short time. If it no longer works, request a new one.

Payment History

  1. 1View all past payments at Dashboard → Payment History.
  2. 2Download individual receipts from each order page.

Store credits cover store-credit purchases at checkout. Refund credits (from cancelled paid orders) can also be withdrawn back to your wallet.

Where credits come from

  1. 1Refund credits: when a seller cancels a credits-funded order. These are withdrawable.
  2. 2Referral credits: when someone signs up using your code. Spend-only.
  3. 3Local-shop credits: when a shop you listed is claimed by its owner. Spend-only.
  4. 4Admin grants & earned credits: from promotions or compensation. Spend-only.

On-chain escrow orders that get cancelled are refunded directly to your wallet — no credit involved.

Withdraw refund credits to your wallet

  1. 1Open Dashboard → Store Credits (or click the green credits card on your buyer dashboard).
  2. 2The page shows three buckets: Withdrawable, Pending, Promotional. Only Withdrawable can be sent to a wallet.
  3. 3Click Withdraw to wallet. Enter the amount and your Arbitrum SPACEL wallet address (0x…).
  4. 4Submit the request. An admin processes it manually — usually within 1 business day.
  5. 5You're notified by email + bell once the transfer is sent. The page shows the on-chain tx hash for your records.

Double-check the wallet address before submitting. Crypto transfers can't be reversed.

You can cancel a pending withdrawal request before the admin processes it.

When you request a quote on a wholesale listing, the seller's reply and your follow-up questions all live in one threaded conversation.

Send a quote request

  1. 1Open any wholesale listing and click Request Quote.
  2. 2Enter the quantity you need, your contact details, and any specifics (variant, lead time, shipping country).
  3. 3Submit — the seller is notified instantly.

Reply, ask follow-ups, and track the conversation

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → My quote requests (purple file-icon card).
  2. 2Each request shows a status badge: Awaiting reply (amber) or Replied (green).
  3. 3Click View / reply to expand the conversation thread inline.
  4. 4Type a reply or follow-up question in the composer at the bottom of the thread. Up to 2000 characters.
  5. 5When the seller posts a new reply, your bell badge increments and the conversation re-flags as needing your attention.

Once a deal is settled, the seller usually creates a custom invoice or you place an order through their normal checkout — the quote thread is for negotiation, not payment.
