Step-by-step guides for using every feature of Ufora Marketplace.
Set up your Ufora account to start buying.
Create an account
- 1Click Sign in → Create one at the top-right of any page.
- 2Enter your full name, email address and a password (min 8 characters).
- 3Check the 18+ confirmation and accept the Terms & Privacy Policy.
- 4Click Create account — you will be redirected to verify your email.
- 5Open the verification email and click the confirmation link.
You can also sign up instantly with Google or X (Twitter).
Set up your profile
- 1Go to Settings → Dashboard → Settings from the user menu.
- 2Upload a profile photo, add your full name and phone number.
- 3Add a default shipping address so checkout is faster.
- 4Connect your Arbitrum-compatible wallet to enable SPACEL payments.
Search for items
- 1Type keywords into the search bar at the top of any page and press Enter.
- 2Browse by tapping a category tab below the header or visiting /search.
- 3Use the Filters panel to narrow results by price range, condition, listing type, and location.
- 4Change the Sort order to: Newest, Price Low→High, Price High→Low, or Popular.
Listing types: Goods (physical items), Services (work/tasks), Rentals (time-limited), Jobs (employment).
Condition filters: New, Like New, Good, Fair, Poor — only applies to physical goods.
View a listing
- 1Click any listing card to open its detail page.
- 2Scroll through the photo gallery — tap any photo to view full size.
- 3Check the seller's store rating, verified badge, and member info on the right panel.
- 4Tap Chat to message the seller directly before buying.
- 5Click the heart icon (♡) to save the listing to your Favorites.
Add to cart & checkout
- 1On the listing page, select quantity (if available) and click Add to Cart or Buy Now.
- 2Open your cart (cart icon in the header) and review items.
- 3Click Proceed to Checkout.
- 4Enter or confirm your shipping address.
- 5Select a shipping method if offered by the seller.
- 6Review the order total in SPACEL tokens.
- 7Connect your wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.) and approve the transaction.
- 8Funds are sent to the escrow smart contract — not directly to the seller.
All prices are in SPACEL (SPACL) on Arbitrum One. Make sure you have enough SPACEL and ETH for gas fees.
Some orders support Store Credits as an alternative payment method.
Escrow protection
- 1After payment, your funds are locked in a non-custodial smart contract on Arbitrum One.
- 2The seller is notified and begins processing your order.
- 3Funds are only released to the seller when you confirm receipt, or automatically after 14 days.
Track and manage your purchases from the buyer dashboard.
Confirm receipt
- 1Once your item arrives, go to My Orders → find the order → click Confirm Receipt.
- 2For on-chain orders: approve the blockchain transaction in your wallet.
- 3The order moves to Completed and funds are released to the seller.
- 4You can now leave a review for the seller.
If you don't confirm receipt, funds auto-release to the seller after 14 days.
Confirm receipt only when you are satisfied — you won't be able to open a new dispute after.
Request a return
- 1Open the order from My Orders.
- 2Click Request Return (available for Delivered and Completed orders).
- 3Select a reason and describe the issue.
- 4Upload supporting photos (up to 4) as evidence.
- 5Submit — the seller has a set time to approve or reject the return.
Always check the seller's return policy on their store page before purchasing.
Ship the item back
- 1If the seller approves, package the item securely.
- 2On the order page click Ship Back, enter your courier and tracking number.
- 3Once the seller confirms receipt, the refund is processed.
Open a dispute
- 1Navigate to My Orders → select the order → click Open Dispute.
- 2Describe the problem clearly (item not received, not as described, etc.).
- 3Upload evidence: screenshots, photos, messages — up to several files.
- 4Submit — status changes to Disputed and admin is notified.
- 5Both you and the seller can upload additional evidence from the order page.
- 6Admin will review and resolve within approximately 3 business days.
Disputes can be opened while the order is in Paid/Held, Shipped, or Delivered status.
Be clear and attach as much evidence as possible — it speeds up resolution.
Rate a seller
- 1After an order reaches Completed status, go to the order page.
- 2Click Leave a Review.
- 3Select 1–5 stars (Poor / Fair / Good / Very Good / Excellent).
- 4Write an optional comment describing your experience.
- 5Attach up to 4 photos of the item you received.
- 6Click Submit Review.
Reviews are public and help other buyers make informed decisions.
You can view a seller's full reviews at /store/[slug]/reviews.
- 1Access your inbox from the Messages icon (envelope) in the header or via the user menu.
- 2To contact a seller: open any listing and click Chat or visit their store page and click Chat.
- 3Type your message and press Enter (or Shift+Enter for a new line).
- 4New message notifications appear as a red badge on the envelope icon.
- 5The badge clears automatically when you open the conversation.
Saved Listings (Favorites)
- 1Click the heart icon (♡) on any listing to save it.
- 2View saved listings at Dashboard → Saved Listings.
Coupons
- 1Valid coupons appear at Dashboard → My Coupons.
- 2Apply a coupon code at checkout to receive a discount.
Notifications
- 1The bell icon in the header shows your notification count.
- 2Click it to see order updates, messages, dispute status, and more.
- 3Mark all as read by opening the notification panel.
Payment History
- 1View all past payments at Dashboard → Payment History.
- 2Download individual receipts from each order page.
